What we liked
- + 5 QuietSet settings let you trade airflow for lower sound when it is time to sleep
- + Control panel dims in 5 steps down to fully off, so the lights do not disturb a dark bedroom
- + Oscillation, a remote control and an auto shut-off timer are all included
Trade-offs
- - 5 speeds is fewer than the 8 to 12 offered by the DC motor tower fans in this guide
- - The listing states no decibel rating or airflow figure to compare against other fans
