What we liked
- + Listing describes 100% cotton sateen, which has a smooth, slightly sheened feel for people who dislike crisp percale.
- + Button closure and four interior corner ties keep the insert from shifting.
- + Listing mentions OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification and machine-washable care.
Trade-offs
- - Sateen drapes closer and sleeps a little warmer than percale, so it is the less airy choice for hot sleepers.
- - Cover only: no pillow shams are included, and buttons are slower to close than a zipper.
