What we liked
- + Dual-side cooling fiber with a stated Q-max cooling value for a cool-touch feel
- + Lightweight, breathable blanket designed for hot sleepers
- + Priced under 30 dollars, a low-cost route to a cooling comforter
Trade-offs
- - DOWNCOOL is a less established brand than the premium comforter it replaces
- - Cooling-touch fabrics feel cool on contact, but the effect fades once the fabric warms up
