Best Bamboo Cooling Sheets
Updated How we research
If you wake up sweaty, bamboo-derived sheets can help because the fibers wick moisture and let air move instead of trapping it against your skin. The fabric tends to feel smooth and cool to the touch, which matters most in the first minutes after you lie down. Not every bamboo sheet performs the same. Weave, finish, and how the viscose is made all shape breathability. Below we break down what to look for so you can match a set to how hot you actually sleep.
